Stephen is an experienced trial lawyer.
He specialises in private international economic law, international commercial arbitration, the international law of development, commercial litigation and employment law.
He has worked in the Far East, Europe, and the United States of America in relation to major international contracts in negotiations with international development banks, the European Commission, major petroleum corporations and international projects.
Stephen was a visiting Lecturer at the London School of Economics and a visiting Professor of Law at Pepperdine University in California.
