He has expertise in resolving disputes through mediation and arbitration and he has been involved in significant English and foreign court cases through to trial. He advises in employment matters for high level employees and board members in contract negotiation and exit packages.
He also advises on compliance issues and enquiries by regulatory authorities and professional institutions in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and the European Union in areas including customs and excise, money laundering, law enforcement and extradition.
He has expertise in applying for injunctions to protect and freeze assets. He also advises with regard to Judicial Review of investigating authorities decisions.
He has acted for professional individuals, firms and companies in responding to criminal or fraudulent activity from their own employees or from outside attack whether within the UK or internationally.
