Jeremy was admitted as a solicitor in 1996 and is a partner in the firm.
Jeremy advises on both contentious and non contentious matters whether they be domestic or international. He acts for private, corporate and institutional clients and advises on commercial and corporate arrangements.
He has expertise in resolving disputes through mediation and arbitration and he has been involved in significant English and foreign court cases through to trial. He advises in employment matters for high level employees and board members in contract negotiation and exit packages.
He also advises on compliance issues and enquiries by regulatory authorities and professional institutions in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and the European Union in areas including customs and excise, money laundering, law enforcement and extradition.
