Brian is the senior partner of the firm and was admitted as a solicitor in 1971.
Brian founded the firm in 1973.
He advises companies, organisations and individuals operating worldwide on the creation of appropriate structures so as to ensure that client assets, business and commercial interests are operated to maximise capital and income and minimise local and global liability to taxation.
Brian has specialist knowledge in estate planning, wills, inheritance tax and probate for high net worth domestic and international clients.
He has expertise in aviation, sports and charity law. He acts for international airlines, private limited companies, charities, international corporations and globally well known individuals. He provides advice on commercial joint ventures both domestically and internationally.
Brian is a non-executive board member of a publicly quoted UK PLC and he has close personal ties with many senior lawyers throughout the world.
He is a member of the International Bar Association.
