Cassandra A Hurley
Cassandra is our Senior Assistant Solicitor and has been involved in a wide range of high value legal work. She has acted for both employers and employees in employment disputes and has a successful record of bringing matters to a commercially sensible conclusion. She also has experience in civil litigation, commercial disputes, landlord and tenant and property, wills and trusts and probate and administration for many of our international private clients, domestic private clients and international and domestic companies. Her workload is varied; to name but a few she has acted on the leasehold enfranchisement of a Mayfair block of residential flats, the sale of four residential care homes, she has litigated on behalf of clients in the motor racing industry and has experience in all areas of probate and administration, both contentious and non-contentious.
Saul J Rachel
Saul is an Assistant Solicitor and has advised on both domestic and international commercial agreements. He has experience in complex commercial litigation and insolvency. He has advised and assisted on high value cross-border commercial and criminal litigation including serious fraud. He has also advised on employment matters both for employees and employers at all levels including the Employment Tribunal.
Lucy P Freeman
Lucy is our Trainee Solicitor and previously worked as a paralegal with the firm. She has assisted in the drafting of complex legal documents to include trust deeds, sale and purchase agreements and partnership agreements. She has also advised litigation clients and has drafted instructions to counsel and witness statements. Lucy has assisted in trial preparation and has been involved in mediation. Lucy also has experience in private client and company/commercial matters.
