Andrew Belmont
Andrew joined the firm in March 2011 having previously been Head of Litigation for a firm in South East London.
Andrew specializes in Litigation with particular emphasis on Landlord and Tenant and Insolvency matters. He qualified as a Solicitor in 1980. He is also qualified as a Solicitor Advocate and has a wide experience of all Court work from the County Court to the Court of Appeal. He has a number of leading cases to his credit ranging from such matters as the Veil of Incorporation in a company matter to obtaining a Parental Responsibility Order for an estranged father in bitterly contested proceedings.
Andrew is happy to act on behalf of individuals as well as corporate clients.
