I was admitted as a solicitor in 1996 and I am a partner in the firm.

I advise on both contentious and non-contentious matters whether they be domestic or international. I act for private, corporate and institutional clients and advise on commercial and corporate arrangements.

I have expertise in resolving disputes through mediation and arbitration and have been involved in significant English and foreign court cases through to trial. I advise in employment matters for high level employees and board members in contract negotiation and exit packages.

I also advise on compliance issues and enquiries by regulatory authorities and professional institutions in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and the European Union in areas including customs and excise, money laundering, law enforcement and extradition.

I have expertise in applying for injunctions to protect and freeze assets. I also advise with regard to Judicial Review of investigating authorities decisions.

I have acted for professional individuals, firms and companies in responding to criminal or fraudulent activity from their own employees or from outside attack whether within the UK or internationally.

I am a member of the International Bar Association.
