I am the senior partner of the firm and I was admitted as a solicitor in 1971 and founded the firm in 1973.

I advise companies, organisations and individuals operating worldwide on the creation of appropriate structures so as to ensure that client assets, business and commercial interests are operated to maximise capital and income and minimise local and global liability to taxation.

I have specialist knowledge in estate planning, wills, inheritance tax and probate for high net worth domestic and international clients.

I have acted for international airlines, private limited companies, charities, international corporations and a number of high profile individuals. I provide advice on commercial joint ventures both domestically and internationally.

I have been a non-executive board member of a publicly quoted UK PLC and I have close personal ties with many senior lawyers throughout the world.

As well as my International and Corporate work I have, acted throughout my career for individuals and families on their personal matters and I continue to welcome every prospective client to our firm.
