Graeme D Kirk – Consultant

I was admitted as a solicitor in 1981, and have specialised in UK immigration law since 1981.

I provide personal and committed advice to individuals and companies on all aspects of immigration to the United Kingdom, excluding asylum law.

I am recognised by all major UK legal directories as one of the leading immigration lawyers practising in the United Kingdom. I am a member of the International Bar Association and was the Chairman of the Immigration and Nationality Committee of the IBA from 2000 to 2004. I am now a co-chair of the IBA Global Employment Institute. I have spoken at and chaired conferences on U.K. immigration law throughout the world.

Through my network of overseas contacts, I can also provide advice on immigration issues for other countries including U.S.A, Canada, South Africa, Australia and many European countries.
